A bit of a favourite for us, this tasty chicken and rice curry dish combines apple, tomato, garlic, cumin and ginger to give a satisfying feed at the end of a big day out. Part of the Blå Band Expedition Meal series, this meal tastes great and is easy to prepare: just pour boiling water into the bag, mix and let sit for 10 minutes. Can also be prepared in cold water, using a waiting time of at least 30 minutes.
Rice, chicken 13 %, vegetables (tomato, green beans, red pepper, onion), palm fat, modified potato starch, sugar, apple, spices (curry, cumin, garlic), salt, flavouring, maltodextrin, pineapple, ginger, acid: citric acid.
1 - Tear off the top and fold out the bottom
2 - Add 400 ml of boiling water (level G)
3 - Stir
4 - Re-seal, wait 10 mins
Add more water if required.
Can be prepared using cold water, extend the time to > 30 mins
