The knife handle is in Italian olive wood, while its C70 carbon steel (9306 series) blade is stone sharpened by skilled and qualified craftsman’ hands.
The “Old Bear®” knife comes without no-return spring meaning its blade locking system features a solid safety ring

Next Day Service is only available on a working day, so if an order is placed after 1PM it will be shipped the following day on a Next Day Service, if you have selected Next Day Service on a Friday before 1PM it would be delivered on Monday.
