The Genuine "Crocodile" Martindale Golok blade is made from hot rolled high quality Carbon steel. The strip is tapered in section to optimise the unique cutting characteristics with the weight of the tool and is therefore lightweight and easy to use.
The blade is roll forged to give an outstandingly well balanced tool to meet the arduous demands of outdoor use.
All Martindale handles are made from beech wood. They monitor the moisture content of the timber to make sure the product is consistent and does not split under normal circumstances. The timber is cross-sawn for maximum strength and stability and the handle is fitted to the blade with solid steel rivets and washers.
Standard issue for the British Army for many years this is an extremely useful tool for civilian use too.
Three options are now available can be purchased with or without the sheath and sharpener, or if you already own a Martindale Golok we now stock the sharpener separately, simply select from the drop down box.

We aim to ship all orders received by 1PM the same day order is received. Our standard delivery option is Royal Mail 2nd class post, if you have paid extra for 1st class or a premium service such as next day delivery we will of course provide that service.
Next Day Service is only available on a working day, so if an order is placed after 1PM it will be shipped the following day on a Next Day Service, if you have selected Next Day Service on a Friday before 1PM it would be delivered on Monday.
